Laura Tear and Aminah Domloge have decades of experience in various aspects of the classical music business, working for promoters, for musicians and for professional associations.

Having each worked as independent artist managers for over ten years and finding that they share their outlook and priorities, they have decided to work together, with the aim of broadening the opportunities they can offer the select group of soloists and chamber musicians whom they represent.
