Nic has been at the forefront of the contemporary music scene for over thirty years, he is founder and violist of the internationally acclaimed Smith Quartet and in recent years he has created a new exciting repertoire for the electric viola.
He has transcribed many pieces from Steve Reich to Thomas Tallis and received critical acclaim from audiences around the Globe.
